Please be advised that there has been an increase in the delivery timeframe of your renewed license.

In your license approval email, the DOB suggests a 10-day delivery window to receive your license card in the mail.

However, we have been verbally told by the Licensing Department that there has been an increase in the delivery window of up to 30 additional days.

Hi The licenses should be sent Fed Ex or UPS . Dob can apply the shipping charge to the license renewal fee. . One of my cards was lost by USPS and was 6 -months of emails , phone calls with the association involved . A nightmare , I had to obtain a police report. The time and inconvenience is unnecessary.
