Disclosing Proprietary Interest
The Master Plumbers Council of the City of New York, Inc., (MPC) promotes ethical practices in all aspects of their organization. That said, MPC requires that if instructors have a vested interest in any product, instrument, device, or materials that may be used in the learning event, they must disclose this interest, and it will be documented and published in course marketing material and assets. In addition, if the instructors receive any share of the royalties or profits from the product promotion or endorsement, the interest must be disclosed to the learner.
To report breaches of this policy, please contact THE COMPLIANCE OFFICER at 718-793-6300 or email info@nycmpc.org.
