NATIONAL GRID MOBILE APPLICATION

National Grid has launched their mobile application for the reporting of periodic inspections of gas piping systems.

The app allows active qualified operators (those with Northeast Gas Association “NGA” Covered Task 86 operator qualification) to electronically report their findings for buildings located within the New York City National Grid gas service territory. All National Grid locations will be loaded into the application and available for licensed Master Plumbers to schedule the work with their customers. This application includes all of the work scopes required under NYC Administrative Code Article 318 (Local Law 152).

The application loads onto your phone and works independently from your GMI device.
National Grid will be providing this application at no cost to approved licensed Master Plumbers who register to join the program.
