Copyright Policy
The Master Plumbers Council of the City of New York, Inc., (MPC) promotes ethical practices in all aspects of their organization. That said, MPC requires that all individuals involved with designing, developing, delivering, evaluating, support, and marketing learning events secure permissions in writing if they use another entities’ (outside of MPC’s) copyrighted material (including text, graphics, video assets). In addition, the sources of any copyrighted material being used must be properly cited.

Consequences
Below are the consequences of breaching the Copyright Policy:
- Disciplinary action: Ranging from verbal/written warnings to suspension.
- Termination of employment: The MPC has a zero-tolerance policy, and violations may result in being fired.
- Reputational harm: Damage to professional reputation and relationships with colleagues.
