Please be aware that, starting July 1st, 2025, the New York City Department of Buildings Worker Wallet Card is required to perform LL152 inspections.

If you have already trained with NGA/GTI, and do not have a Worker Wallet Card, you need to provide a copy of your driver's license and your ITS number to the Plumbing Foundation in order for your qualifications to be uploaded. Once your profile is established, and the LL152 certificate added, the Worker Wallet Card can be printed by a DOB approved course provider.

The deadline to submit this information to the Plumbing Foundation is July 16, 2025.

If your driver's license has already been submitted, you do not need to send it again.
