As you are aware, the DOB Build system has been down sporadically since December 26, 2020. Today, we were contacted by the Department and informed that all of the issues have been resolved as of yesterday afternoon.

YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION IS REQUIRED

• If you have a EWN and need to submit a LAA application do it immediately. In the verbiage, be sure to reference in the work description that due to the system issues, you were prevented from submitting the application until now. (Now is today, January 6, 2021)
• If you need to respond to an audit or an intent to revoke, please do it today.
• You can now submit your annual boiler inspections.
• If your insurance was due to expire during the period of December 26, 2020 to January 5, 2021, and you successfully submitted the new certificates to DOB Licensing, please make sure that all of your permits have updated properly.

Note from the DOB Committee:

The DOB has stated that all issues have been resolved as of January 5, 2021. We will assume that they will expect full compliance with all Codes, rules and regulations from that point forward.

They have not commented on what will happen as far as compliance with all of the transactions that took place during December 26, 2020 to January 6, 2021.
