CON EDISON PROJECT CENTER MESSAGE

Message from Con Edison:

We are currently experiencing a system defect regarding the Operator Qualification Affidavit Pre-Requisite in the Customer Project Center. As a temporary workaround, we are requesting for all Project Center users to select either “Other” or "Enter" on their keyboard to complete the upload. You can click inside the screen and then press “Enter” on the keyboard, when prompted to upload the document or by selecting “Other.” (See Screenshot Below) Another option would be to reduce the zoom size on Chrome or Internet Explorer to 75% in order to see the “Submit” button. The Project Center IT Team is currently working on a permanent fix for this defect and the estimated completion for this permanent fix is January 2021, if not sooner. We apologize for the inconvenience and any delays that this may be causing for our internal and external customers. We will be notifying our external customers as well, via the Customer Project Center.
