This 8-hour course over 1 day is to re-certify a license that is about to expire. For most of our service areas, the diplomas are valid for 3 calendar years from the date of the class, so if you are going to continue using the license beyond its expiration date, you would need to renew. We cannot renew expired licenses, but in accordance with each jurisdiction there is often a 12-month grace period (MD, WSSC, NY). We hold the maximum allowable grace period for each jurisdiction.
